Dr. Prasanta Pratim Bairagi, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Computer Technology, Assam down town University (AdtU), has brought pride to the institution by excelling in the prestigious CommTECH 2024 Programme organized by Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), Surabaya, Indonesia. The event, held from 26th August to 6th September 2024, served as a platform for academic collaboration, technological innovation, and cross-cultural learning.

Dr. Bairagi was selected for this highly competitive programme with a full scholarship worth $1,600, recognizing his academic and research excellence. Adding to his achievement, he was honored with the Best Project Idea Award, standing out among participants from various countries.

CommTECH (Community and Technological Camp) is a globally recognized initiative by ITS that brings together researchers, educators, and students to exchange knowledge and develop innovative solutions to real-world challenges. Through engaging workshops, discussions, and project-based learning, participants explore diverse technological and social perspectives.
