Graduates are well-prepared for employment in private and public hospitals, as well as dialysis units, where they manage equipment maintenance and administer dialysis treatments both in clinical settings and at patients' residences. This course will help students with the different methods of qualitative analysis of different biochemical’s like carbohydrates, lipids, and proteins in different samples. They will have an idea about the energy flow in different metabolic pathways, the synthesis of ATP; and different sources of Vitamins, Minerals, and Trace elements in the human body. Metabolism of carbohydrates and their metabolic by-productstriggers the formation of ATP; formation glucose and storing of glycogen via glycogenolysis and glycogenesis pathways; to classify different types of enzymes and their sub divisions and also their mechanism of action in various metabolic pathways, various, metabolism of proteins and the removal of ammonia in urea cycle; role of SGPT and SGOT in human body; break down of fatty acids and tri-glycerols to release energy into the cell; formation of ketone bodies and their function; classification of vitamins and minerals depending on their properties and function, to know the various sources and deficiencies of various vitamins and minerals in to the body, case studies, etc
